Saying goodbye to your pet is one of the hardest things you will ever have to do. Many clients request in-home euthanasia because it allows their pets to spend their final moments in a peaceful, familiar environment. Your pet always deserves to feel comfortable and relaxed, especially during this time. If you have concerns about your pet’s condition and suspect that euthanasia might be the next step, simply reach out to us and we’ll do everything we can to help.

Preparing For a House Call

Once we have helped you set a date for your mobile vet appointment, be sure to plan accordingly. Avoid overlapping schedules and prepare a clean, well-lit space in your house on the day of our visit. We will call you when we are on our way to your home.

Have any questions about our mobile vet service? Do you need to request a house call? To request a house call, please call – (866) 466 – 3838 or contact our veterinarian in Dundee to learn more. For house calls, we need at least 48 hours’ notice; same-day appointments are not available.

Dr. Knott and Paul were so kind and compassionate to us and our dog! We had to travel here as our local emergency animal hospital was at capacity. When we called, they informed us of the minimum costs, possible wait times and took our info so we wouldn't have to do the whole process when we arrived and therefore was able to check-in quicker. Super grateful to DAH for helping us on such a stressful morning!

The staff here from the front desk to the assistants to the veterinarians all treat your fuzzy babies with love, care, support, and understanding. I have cats that don’t care much for the carrier and the visit. The doctors that see my cats are like cat whisperers. They manage to get everything done in a way that calms my cat (and me too). So grateful for Dundee Animal Hospital. Don’t look anywhere else.
