Emergencies can happen anywhere at any time. We hope that this will never be the case for your pet, but if your pet does need an emergency vet, you should be prepared. While our Elgin and Algonquin hospitals do not offer after-hours services, our Dundee veterinarian offers 24-hour emergency care seven days a week. Our experienced staff works on call to provide emergency care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If your pet is not a regular patient, we're more than happy to work with their primary care veterinarian. Detailed reports explain your pet's condition, test results, medications given, follow-up recommendations and more. Should your pet require specialized care, we can communicate with specialists in the area to find the best option.
