Trupanion

Trupanion is our preferred pet medical insurance provider. At your next wellness appointment, we are happy to offer you a Trupanion certificate, offering you 30 days of coverage at no cost to you. (There is a $250 deductible for each eligible condition that occurs during the 30 day certificate period.) This gives you an opportunity to be covered if something should happen, while also doing your own research to ensure what is right for you. We encourage you to do your research on what medical insurance would be the best fit for your pet and lifestyle. We brought our cat here for an urgent visit. She had a hard landing from a high place and we had some concerns. Thankfully she is ok! The vet and her staff were absolutely amazing! We appreciate them all so much for being so kind and helping our fur baby!

We take our guinea pigs here. Dr. Lupo and his staff are just so amazing! We have rescued a lot of guinea pigs, and unfortunately with the nature of some of the cases, eventually some health issues arise. The entire staff is so caring, it is clear that they love what they do! We highly recommend Dundee Animal Hospital of Elgin! They are just as wonderful with other pets too!

I've tried a few great vets in the area over the past few decades. I choose Dundee Animal Hospital because the vets are incredibly talented and experienced. Having an emergency clinic in Dundee as part of their practice group has given me peace of mind that's been irreplaceable when we've needed it- with a team that already has our medical records and history and knows our animals. Invaluable.

I brought my soul dog in for an emergency visit on a Friday night and the day I've dreaded for 12 years finally came. Kerry the emergency tech and Dr. Gurevich were so incredibly kind and empathetic to me and my girl. They gave me time and sweet, wise words and sent a beautiful card in the mail the following week. The front desk staff was also wonderful to me. I wish the circumstances were different but I very much appreciate how the staff took care every step of the way. Everyone hug your sweet furry ones for me, and if you need a place to go I wholeheartedly recommend Dundee Animal Hospital <3
