Dr. Matthew Kersting joined our team following his graduation from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. After growing up in rural Pennsylvania, Dr. Kersting’s love for animals led him to Bucknell University where he completed his undergraduate degree in Biology and Political Science to prepare for veterinary school.
Dr. Kersting has many interests in the field, including internal medicine and has completed extensive training in ultrasonography.
In his time off, Dr. Kersting is a huge movie fan and an avid Peloton rider. He shares his home with his wife Beth, who is also a veterinarian, and their two sons Ryan and Owen. Their family also includes a Labrador Retriever named Brody, a Goldendoodle named Casey, and two cats named Pete and Ben.
