Every year, Dundee Animal Hospital celebrates AAHA Accredited Hospital Day, a day to celebrate “better care for pets and their people.” AAHA Day is a day set aside to recognize veterinary hospitals that go the extra mile to provide their clients and pets with superior care & service. With approximately only 15% of veterinary hospitals/clinics in North America being accredited, we think it’s a pretty special thing for us to celebrate! It’s also a chance for us to recognize the hard work our staff puts in each day to meet and exceed the over 900 standards of care on which we’re evaluated by the American Animal Hospital Association.
This year, we celebrated with lunch for all three hospitals in Algonquin, Dundee, and Elgin, along with a fun mobile photo booth and props. In addition, we wanted to include our clients, so we had a fun little “AAHA Day Quiz” on Facebook and selected winners for three Dundee Animal Hospital gift certificates! Our winners were Beth G. ($50), Judy L. ($35), and Vera N. ($25). All in all, it was a great day- check out the fun below and we look forward to celebrating with everyone again in 2021!
